a very filling "filler" episode

I'm going to start from the ending where Sawyer and Hurley were throwing the dirt into Nikki and Paolo's grave. They showed the opening scene again where Nikki fell onto the ground and told Sawyer and Hurley that she was paralyzed, but this time the words did not sound like "Plywood". But too late, they were already buried alive!
Nikki and Paolo were cons just like Sawyer. Only Nikki was more selfish, and Paolo only wants to keep her his. They killed an old man to steal his diamonds which of course they lost when their plane crashed. Paolo found it but did not tell Nikki because he was afraid to lose her But as the cliche goes, you can't keep a secret forever. When Nikki found out, she led Paolo into the jungle, had one of Arzt's Medusa spiders bite him to paralyze him for at least 8 hours Maybe so she can get enough time to hide them diamonds. In the process however, she got bit herself, however managed to bury the diamonds and run to the beach for help before paralysis finally took over. She told them she's paralyzed but the words were unintelligible. They all thought they were both dead. They actually took time to finally bury them but not enough for the paralysis to wear off.
ok, ok.....Who the hell are Nikki and Paolo? Nikki was that girl who yelped when the one-eyed "other" suddenly appeared on one of the screens on the hatch they discovered. Paolo was the guy who flushed the toilet....only he wasn't really using the john....he was actually retrieving the diamonds from the toilet tank.
