when rewards come unexpectedly, it has a deeper, more genuine feeling to it. Someone had shadowed me at least 3-4 times the last 2 months. She was an intern that have decided to take on the externship program offered by our hospital. I loved having her because she was really enthusiastic, always with a smile that working with her just gave you a little bit of much needed sunshine especially in days where it makes you wonder why the he*l you chose to be a nurse.

She just signed her contract for the externship program and she indicated that she wanted me to continue precepting her. That just made my heart swell. Just for that, I have committed myself for 5 more years in the jungle. More alligators, and tigers and ungrateful monkeys. And I'll greet them with a smile everytime. That's what being a nurse is all about.

Wooohooo!!! Emmitt and Cheryl bagged the disco ball trophy last night. Awesome!

Now, that DWTS is doen for this season....I have nothing TV to blog about....hmmmmm

LOST is done and over with for this season as well. Can't say I'm sad. The last few episode were ho-hum. Hopefully, it'll be better when it comes back. Otherwise, they'll be LOST forever.

@Mindy...haven't been able to finish my "nine" yet. I guess I wasn't as unique as I thought, or project. LOLz.

dreaming Borgy

I had a dream last night. I was in a film class and befriended this much older lady who was rich and bored out of her wits and decided she needs an outlet, thus the film class. Anyways, our classmates were making such a big deal of our friendship, and the chismis was that I was having an affair with her. . So I went to this guy and asked him if he would pretend to be my bf so that the chismis would die down. This guy was the hottie of the school, it seems. He was popular, lean and uber cute. How can he not be?? He was, u ready for this??? Uhmm, si Borgy Manotoc lang naman...... Anyways, nice of Borgy to go along with my plan. As far as I can tell from my dream, I just picked him out, we weren't really friends (as in real life, ha!). So he agreed, and everyone's jaw dropped when they saw us together and the notion that I was having a relationship with a much older member of the same sex vanished instantly. Mission accomplished. But it did not end there. Borgy and I really became good friends. Soon enough, in my dream, we were touring historic Dallas together, swimming with the dolphins I forgot na where, and of course, braving the San Marcos outlet stores! And so one day I was looking at him, composing my thoughts that we should drop the gf-bf act now and be truly friends since we have actually became closer and that's the more important thing now. As I was about to open my mouth (or was my mouth half-open already???), my alarm went off......hay, dream over, got to get ready for work. So there Borgy, nice being friends with you!

Dancing with Emmitt

So Emmitt nad Mario will battle it out next tuesday. I'm still rooting for Emmitt, obviously. His moves are so sexy. You see this big, bulky guy and he starts to dance......so soft and subtle. You just can't help but fall in love with this big teddy bear.
